Security practices

We use encrypted transport, access controls, and least-privilege principles across our infrastructure.

Authentication

Product sign-in uses email one-time codes. Ops staff require allowlisted email, OTP, and authenticator TOTP.

Data handling

Product and ops backends are separate Convex projects. Cross-project calls use shared secrets.
